responsiblity

hello everyone...
About the responsiblity regarding online videoganes or even other form of videogames that could be played on ps3 or xbox for example. I think its hard to blame one and not the other because videogames containes diffrent effects. At first, i enjoy playing vediogames because i finde it amusing by finshing tasks and compiting aginst my friends. on the other hand, i know if i spent too much time on thise games what use to entertain me well be aginst me. what i mean is that it well cause me a lot of trouble in my social life because i ethier lose contact with my friends or i'll be spending too many time on the games and not on seeing my friend and so on. in addition, it will make me face a lot of problems in my school because with all the time i'm spending on playing there will be not enough time to study or do my homeworks. second, is about who shouls take the risponsiblty of the negative effect. acually, i find it hard to blam someone spacificaly beacuse i can't blame alon the government becuse they dident preduse the game and they diden't force the persone whos playing. also, i cant blame the company unless the know some bad effect and not reviling it to the public such ford company and the cigarettes company in the reading. players also couldent be belamed alon. in my opinion, to face the nigative effect of videogames it must be a cotribution from the government, the company that preduces this games, the plyers by limiting their selfs and also from the sociaty represented by the player parents and techers.
this is my opinion on this topice i'm not an expert in it and i may chang my mind with the information we will know about in this topic.
